Question 1

How do I wash and care for technical outerwear and down jackets?

Accepted Answer

For down puffer jackets, wash in a front-loading machine on a gentle cold cycle with specialized down cleaner. Tumble dry on low heat with wool dryer balls to restore high-loft fluffiness. For technical fleeces and training tops, machine wash cold inside out with like colors and line dry.

Question 2

What is the weather and temperature rating of this piece?

Accepted Answer

Our outerwear is engineered with Storm-FIT water-repellent ripstop shells and high-loft thermal insulation rated for freezing and sub-zero conditions down to -15°C (5°F), protecting you from wind chill, sleet, and urban drizzle while maintaining interior breathability.

Question 3

What is the cut and fit profile (Athletic, Regular, or Relaxed)?

Accepted Answer

Please check the Fit Profile in the specifications above. Performance tops feature tailored athletic cuts with ergonomic shoulder seams for unrestricted range of motion. For winter puffer jackets, ordering true to size leaves comfortable room for mid-layer hoodies.

Question 4

Is the fabric moisture-wicking and quick-drying during workouts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our apparel utilizes advanced hydrophobic microfiber filaments that pull moisture away from your skin to the garment's outer surface where it evaporates rapidly, keeping you dry and preventing post-workout chill.

Question 5

Are the zippers and pocket compartments weather-sealed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our technical jackets feature premium YKK weather-sealed aquatic zippers, fleece-lined handwarmer pockets, and interior zippered storm compartments to safeguard phones, keys, and valuables in harsh weather.

Question 6

What is your return & exchange policy on garments?

Accepted Answer

We offer 14-day hassle-free exchanges and returns for unworn, unwashed apparel with original manufacturer tags and packaging intact.
