Order Dispatch, Nationwide Delivery & Order Cancellation Guidelines
1. Domestic Delivery Across the United Kingdom
Cholby provides reliable tracked nationwide courier delivery across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Geographic Scope: Nationwide across the entire United Kingdom.
Courier Logistics Partners: Royal Mail (Tracked 24 / Tracked 48) and DPD UK.
Order Preparation: Same business day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT.
Estimated Delivery Window: 2 to 3 business days across the UK.
Shipping Charges: Standard delivery fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before order payment.
Once your order is dispatched, a digital tracking identifier will be shared via email and SMS so you can monitor your parcel checkpoint progress in real time.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation Window (24 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement prior to dispatch. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID.
Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers wishing to return items post-delivery may do so under our Return & Refund Policy.
Prepaid Order Refunds: If a prepaid order (Safepay, credit/debit card, or bank transfer) is successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window before dispatch, a 100% monetary refund will be processed back to the source account within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Address Accuracy & Delivery Contingencies
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses, phone numbers, and landmarks during checkout.
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. Unclaimed packages will be returned to our fulfillment facility.
- Cholby is not liable for delivery delays stemming from severe weather, regional road closures, or public holidays.
