Question 1

How long after dispatch does nationwide courier delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Standard delivery across the United Kingdom takes between 2 to 3 business days. High-density postal hubs (Greater London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow) typically receive parcels within 24 to 48 hours of courier dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 and DPD.

Question 2

Why does my tracking number show 'Pending' or 'Not Found'?

Accepted Answer

When a shipping label is generated, tracking updates can take 2 to 4 hours to appear on our courier partner's network (Royal Mail or DPD) following the initial depot intake scan. If your tracking has not updated after 24 hours of dispatch notification, contact support@cholby.com.

Question 3

What happens if I am not available to receive the delivery?

Accepted Answer

Our courier partners make up to 3 official delivery attempts. The rider will contact you via your registered telephone number prior to delivery. If you are unavailable, you can coordinate a convenient re-delivery window or designate an authorized recipient.

Question 4

Can I adjust or correct my delivery address while in transit?

Accepted Answer

Once a shipment has been dispatched, address modifications must be routed through our customer concierge team. Please email support@cholby.com immediately with your Order ID and corrected address so we can issue an official courier rerouting manifest.

Question 5

Are parcels sealed and insured against transit damage?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All Cholby shipments are packaged in tamper-evident security packaging and protected by transit guarantee. If your outer package arrives noticeably breached, crushed, or tampered with, please refuse delivery or notify us within 24 hours with photos.

Question 6

What should I do if the tracking status says 'Delivered' but I haven't received it?

Accepted Answer

Please verify with family members, building reception, or security desks at your delivery address. If the parcel cannot be located, contact support@cholby.com within 48 hours so we can initiate an immediate courier proof-of-delivery (POD) signature audit.
