All product prices listed on Cholby are denominated in British Pounds (GBP, £) and are inclusive of standard UK VAT unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region within the United Kingdom.
• Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
• In the event of an order cancellation after payment confirmation, a full monetary refund will be issued back to the source payment account in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We take utmost care to present product colors, textures, and technical specifications accurately. However, due to variation in digital screen calibrations, lighting conditions, and the engineered finishes of athletic textiles and performance materials, minor visual variations may occur.
